The Job Requirements

We are looking for a compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in care or a related field and be able to demonstrate kindness, compassion, and empathy when interacting with residents.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, including personal care, meals, and fluids, as well as transferring residents as per their care plan. Your duties will also include offering comfort, stimulation, and support while maintaining residents' privacy and dignity.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and an enhanced DBS check covered by the company.
