Caregiver and Advocate

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver and Advocate to join our team at beBee Professionals. In this vital role, you will support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.

• Deliver personalized support in daily living tasks, promoting independence and confidence among service users.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored care plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Organize community-based activities and social events to enrich the lives of our clients.

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications in healthcare or social work a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication.

• A competitive annual salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
