About the Opportunity

Step Teachers is seeking a qualified and passionate Multilingual Teacher to join their team. As a dedicated educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective language lessons to students at various levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events within the school community.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience teaching MFL at a KS3 and KS4 level.

Compensation and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and development.
