We are currently seeking an exceptional General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated staff, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our area manager to achieve business targets and contribute to the overall success of our company.

About the Role

This is a demanding role that requires flexibility and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings. As a General Manager, you will be expected to inspire and motivate your team, strive towards and achieve business targets, and ensure our guests are cared for.

Requirements
  • Be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business.
  • You may be currently working as a deputy manager, retail manager, store manager, catering manager or the manager of an independent business or equivalent.
  • Be able to drive, to support business in your district whilst training.
