Disability Support Director Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Disability Support Director to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Supported Living services in the East Midlands.


About the Role:

The Disability Support Director will be responsible for leading a team of Supported Living Managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualised support services to individuals with learning disabilities. You will work closely with local commissioners, support providers, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote the values of our organisation.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Supported Living Managers to deliver exceptional support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local commissioners, support providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement operational plans.
  • Support and manage change to foster ongoing service development.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a manager in the learning disabilities sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of working with individuals with varied support needs and relevant legislative standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple teams and individuals.
  • Problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to support delivery.
