Customer Acquisition Specialist

This Business Development Associate position is perfect for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our Fast Track Sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
About the Job:You will be conducting outbound cold calls and building relationships with potential clients to secure new business deals. In addition, you will be managing inbound leads and ensuring that our pipeline is always up-to-date. If you are a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:- B2B sales and business development
- Lead generation and qualification
- Pipeline management and reporting
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
We offer a competitive salary package including an estimated annual salary of £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and bonuses.
