About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in product management, pricing and promotions, data management, customer service and engagement, sales forecasting and reporting, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Set up products in line with company standards and create new line forms.
- Update pricing, invoicing, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and manage crucial data sets including Product Master Data, Customer Data, Contact Points, and Range Plans.
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and in line with company and customer expectations.
- Ensure alignment of sales volumes with key stakeholders in the Operations department.
- Generate and update sales reports.
- Assist with business support projects and participate in exhibitions and events with the Marketing team.
