Porter - Ealing Hospital

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Porter at One Retail. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of customer care and cleanliness in our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy environment in public areas
- Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff in setting up rooms or moving furniture
- Handle reception duties, such as booking appointments or making reservations
- Respond to customer requests and provide excellent customer service
- Run errands and perform other tasks as required
- Ensure the safety of customers by placing and removing signage indicating wet floors or hazards
Requirements:
- Be adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer care
- Take initiative and make decisions that benefit our customers
