Drama Teacher Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted support.
  • Ensure effective classroom management and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A strong passion for drama education and commitment to helping students succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Drama Teacher at secondary level.

Based on national averages, we estimate a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
