We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.

Our Benefits Package:

  • An estimated salary of £14.00 per hour (weekdays) and £15.00 per hour (weekends), plus 45p mileage.
  • Pension scheme and enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay entitlement.
  • Death in Service Payment and benefits and well-being platform.
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata) and refer a friend scheme.

  • You'll need to be a caring and empathetic individual, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You'll need to be adaptable and flexible, able to work varied shifts and respond to changing client needs.
