Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our warehouse and good-in area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing deliveries, including updating our EPOS system
  • Maintaining high standards of warehouse organization and housekeeping
  • Merchandising stock to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Carrying out customer deliveries with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Performing other duties associated with a retail environment

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers
  • Full understanding of safe warehouse operation and manual handling procedures
  • Forklift license and ability to operate equipment safely
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail when checking stock and maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
