We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment activities and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our recruitment team, including data entry, document management, and communication with clients and candidates.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong administrative skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations; familiarity with HR systems and practices an asset.
