Job Description

We are seeking a medical oncologist or hematologist with expertise in treating lymphoma and myeloma to join our team at BC Cancer Surrey or BC Cancer Abbotsford. As a member of our team, you will provide hemato-oncology consultation, patient care, teaching, and research with a focus on myeloid malignancies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hemato-oncology consultation and patient care
  • Participate in clinical, research, administrative, and educational activities
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive cancer care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine
  • Certificate of Special Competence in Hematology or completed residency in Hematology
  • Eligibility for a clinical appointment in the Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia
  • Valid license to practice medicine in Canada
