The CareTech Group is seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality training programs within our children's residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training sessions that are engaging, informative, and aligned with current standards.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create comprehensive training programs that cater to the specific needs of our staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of all training delivered using our digital system.
  • Stay up-to-date with new legislation and best practices in the field, ensuring all training content is compliant and effective.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in a specific area of expertise, promoting safe and effective practices within our services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working within residential children's services.
  • Expertise in mandatory training subjects relevant to residential care.
  • Familiarity with a range of approaches to learning activities and best practices in Learning and Development.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people in various settings.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability in embracing new tasks and challenges.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
