Job Title: Labourer / Cleaner NIGHTS - MUST DRIVE

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer / Cleaner to join our team in Norwich. As a Labourer / Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and free from clutter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the cleaning of refrigeration cabinets, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedure.
  • Deliver planned cleaning of refrigeration cabinets, including emptying, cleaning, and preparing for maintenance.
  • Liaise with supervisors to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and adherence to agreed specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Represent the company in a professional and competent manner, developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience in cleaning or basic maintenance, preferably in a retail or industrial environment.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel daily.
  • Friendly and confident attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Physical fitness, as the role involves bending and lifting.
