About the Role- You will work closely with our highly motivated care team to provide exceptional care to our residents.
- Support the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Be a positive role model, promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff and visitors.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
- Assist the Nurse Manager in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the financial effectiveness of the home by identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resource use.
- A fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience.
- A valid NMC Pin.
- A competitive salary of £45,000+ per annum.
