Job Title: Implementation Manager

We're seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Finance & Treasury Product team in London or Tallinn. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our financial systems and products.

About the Role

As an Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for leading complex projects that integrate new Wise products and markets into our safeguarding systems. You'll work closely with product teams, compliance stakeholders, and operations specialists to ensure the safe custody of customer funds and the successful implementation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs and navigate prioritization problems.
  • Lead quarterly planning and execution of safeguarding implementation work, ensuring alignment with the wider Safeguarding team's quarterly planning.
  • Own large and complex integrations, providing clear documentation, including requirements, project plans, resource allocation, testing, and delivery.
  • Support operations teams through new implementations, including training regional operations teams on safeguarding processes.

Requirements
  • Experience managing end-to-end product integration lifecycles from scoping to delivery and post-production support.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to bring people together behind a common goal.
  • Experience working in regulated areas, collaborating with Compliance professionals to develop product integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
  • Agile software development experience and a passion for technical products.
