Job Overview

Orona, a leading global provider of lift solutions, is seeking a skilled Lift Field Technician to join our Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators across the Central Belt area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal lift performance
  • Respond to lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota and provide regular updates to the Service Manager
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including carrying out basic LG1 examinations
  • Work independently and use problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively
