Job Title: Head of EMEA Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of EMEA Sales to join our dynamic Sales Team at Cambridge Audio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that drives revenue growth and achieves sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize performance.
  • Implement sales reporting tools and systems to track progress and provide valuable insights to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales teams in Europe, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics, audio or related industries.
  • Demonstrated a track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
  • In-depth understanding of the European market and consumer behaviors.
