Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy programs for patients with neurological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based practice to provide specialist occupational therapy interventions
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
