About the Role

The Assistant Electrification Engineer will be responsible for managing and directing the Technical Support Team to provide production, performance, assurance, technical, analytical, and data quality support to the Maintenance Engineering team.

Through effective team management, you will control the development of individuals and the engagement of the team, leading them to achieve business and functional objectives.

You will also be responsible for managing staff safety and competence, undertaking regular surveillance, work quality, and asset condition checks.
