Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is working with a top-tier chartered accountancy firm in Maidstone to find an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a mixed audit, accounts, and tax capacity, with training provided on accounts and tax for those working in pure audit. Our client has seen significant growth in their fee income and has taken on larger, listed work from top firms. Due to expansion, they're looking to recruit an Audit and Accounts Senior into their successful team.

This position will focus on owner-managed businesses with £1m- £100m turnover, a mix of national and international businesses, and a range of corporate and not-for-profit organisations. The role can be tailored to the individual, and suitable candidates will be either ACA/ACCA qualified or studying with 0-3 years of post-qualified experience.

On average, you'll work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week, but this will be flexible. This is one of the best audit positions available, offering great exposure, a work-life balance, and a market-leading remuneration package, as well as fantastic progression prospects to Manager and beyond.

Requirements

  • You'll be either ACA or ACCA qualified, nearly qualified, or part qualified with experience in a mix of small, medium, and large independent accountancy practices or top-tier firms with a technical background in pure audit or audit and accounts.
  • You'll be seeking a career move at the Audit Associate, Senior Associate, Semi Senior, or Senior level with a clear progression and development path in a highly regarded accountancy practice.
