Job Description
As a Contract Lifecycle Expert at Next Geosolutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by managing contractual and legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying and mitigating contractual risks
* Negotiating terms and conditions with stakeholders
* Coordinating subcontract management and variation order control

In return for your expertise, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including private medical cover, a salary sacrifice pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Our estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000-£85,000, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Construction Management, Law, Business Management or a relevant discipline, as well as a strong understanding of offshore contracting terms and FIDIC principles. Experience with marine construction contracts and lump sum contract interpretation is also highly desirable.
