We are seeking an experienced Groundworker Ganger to lead a small team of groundworkers on our client's projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks, including patios, driveways, foundations, and drainage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 groundworkers on site
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with client specifications
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop and implement training plans for team members

Requirements:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • NRSWA - street works certification
  • CPCS OR NPORS 360 excavator card
  • Advantageous: Dumper/Roller tickets
