Job Overview

SPG Resourcing is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead projects from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and developing high-performing project teams, establishing effective relationships with stakeholders, and driving decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum performance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks and organizational standards
  • Drive decision-making, ensuring timely and recorded decisions to ensure progress and accountability

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Professional certification in project management, such as PRINCE2 or Agile Project Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment
