We're seeking a Sales Stylist to join our dynamic team at Moss. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting customer service excellence, and contributing to the overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active engagement, listening, and bespoke advice.
  • Drive high productivity, maximising sales and services goals.
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge for all services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • Technical skills: basic product knowledge, POS systems, and inventory management.
  • Personal attributes: continuous self-improvement, resilience, efficient time management, and passion for the brand.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000-£36,000 per annum, based on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
