Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Driver Hire. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers, while ensuring the office stays compliant with our internal and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates
- Manage the whole recruitment cycle, including visiting clients, advertising roles, recruiting and registering candidates, personal marketing, collation of timesheets, rate agreements, and ensuring all records are up to date and correct
- Grow the branch through exceptional service delivery
- Handle the responsibility of autonomy
- Follow a process and comply with industry standards
- Build strong relationships with candidates and customers
Requirements:
- Ability to grow the branch through exceptional service delivery

- High level of attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and customers
- Full, UK driving license
- Experience of sales, recruitment, driving, or logistics would be advantageous
