HVAC Product Strategist

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Product Strategist to join our team at Swegon Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion for our Room Units products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Product Positioning: Develop and maintain product positioning statements to ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product strategy or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proven track record of delivering product launches and managing product portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate sales data and identify trends.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
