About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our leisure centres. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all activities are delivered safely and to a high standard;
  2. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support where needed;
  3. Manage budgets, ensuring that costs are kept under control;
  4. Address customer complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications such as NPLQ, Pool plant operators' certificate, and first aid at work certificate;
