Senior Social Work Professional

This Advanced Practitioner role is responsible for leading complex case assessments and support planning in accordance with statutory and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and experience working with children, young people, and families.
Main Responsibilities:- To conduct timely and efficient assessments, planning, and reviewing services according to standards and policy.
- To chair and attend childcare meetings to ensure outcomes are met.
- To manage workload for direct reports and promote partnership working with colleagues and agencies.
- Social Work Degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UK legislation relevant to children and families.
- Experience working with children, young people, and their families.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
