About the Role:
NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a skilled Donor Carer Venepuncturist to join our team at the Edinburgh Blood Donor Centre and Community Sessions. As a Donor Carer Venepuncturist, you will provide high-quality care to our donors, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the blood donation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for donors through the blood donation process, including loading/unloading and assembling community session donation equipment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent donor care.
- Provide a high standard of care to donors, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or relevant healthcare experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
