Job Description

This role is a lead search position across three distinct brands: Visa (brand-focused), Karcher (retail-focused), and Primark (foot traffic-focused). The role involves leading the activation of paid search in the UK for these three brands. The position will report to an Associate Director to deliver best-in-class campaign strategy, oversee execution, and provide exceptional client service. Campaigns will be a mix of branding and direct response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for campaigns' overall activation and performance on search
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal planning/account teams and the client
  • Implement a test and learning plan to optimize campaign performance
  • Proactively identify new and innovative ways to drive forward the strategy for each client
  • Exhibit strong financial and operational management skills

Requirements:

  • Paid Search experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously across various internal stakeholders
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
