Location: North Leeds
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Paraplanner. As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will work alongside our experienced team of administrators and Senior Paraplanner to support our Wealth Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients' investment transactions are carried out accurately
- Assist with meeting preparation and provide technical information and reports to advisers
- Prepare suitability letters and reports
- Transact client investments, protection, and mortgages
- Research and document clients' current arrangements
- Obtain and maintain detailed client information
- Provide an efficient, friendly, and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries
Requirements:
- Working towards DipPFS qualification or intending to start studies imminently
- Some paraplanning or report writing experience
- SJP Back Office Systems and Advice Framework knowledge and experience
- Understanding of regulations and products, and their practical application
- IT proficiency and ability to build, manipulate, and understand Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent English language and grammar skills
- Highly organized, methodical, and disciplined
- Self-motivated
