Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Resourcing function at M&G plc. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering top talent for today and the future.

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support to the Recruitment team on permanent recruitment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing interview scheduling, managing requisitions via Workday, validating requisition information, collaborating with hiring managers, assisting Recruiters in conducting recruitment assessments, working cross-functionally with subject matter experts, supporting Business As Usual (BAU) and project-specific re-deployment activities, and conducting monthly quality checking reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating interview scheduling across the business to ensure a seamless process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Efficiently managing requisitions via Workday from initiation to approval.
  • Validating requisition information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Closely collaborating with hiring managers to address requisition-related enquiries and provide support through internal HR platforms.
  • Assisting Recruiters in conducting recruitment assessments as part of the candidate evaluation process.
  • Working cross-functionally with subject matter experts for visa checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting BAU and project-specific re-deployment activities to enhance internal talent utilisation.
  • Conducting monthly quality checking reviews for interview feedback and candidate dispositioning.

What We Offer
