About Us: Lambert Smith Hampton is a leading commercial real estate consultancy with a network of offices across the UK and Ireland. Our business covers consultancy, transactional services, and operations management, with a specialist housing solutions section. As a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor in the Property Restructuring Team, you will be working closely with the London head of the team to develop new clients and work flows into the London and South East team.

Job Responsibilities: You will be involved in undertaking property valuations and agency work within the Restructuring and Insolvency Sectors. This will include assisting in the disposal of various property types nationwide and managing LPA Receivership appointments on behalf of financial institutions. You will also have the opportunity to work towards obtaining NARA qualifications to become a Law of Property Act Receiver.

Requirements: We are looking for a confident individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in the commercial property sector. You should be interested in the property insolvency sector, have a passion for your career as a commercial property surveyor, and be self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to develop professionally. You should also be personable, professional, and presentable, with confidence in your work and the decisions you make.
