About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Luxury Site Liaison Specialist to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Lancaster, LA1 area. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to clients and visitors at one of our supported living sites.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work on average 48 hours per week, with shifts as per site rota. The successful candidate will have a valid SIA DS licence and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate and engage effectively with clients and visitors.
  2. Act as first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  3. Collect and distribute flat keys.
  4. Sign visitors in/out of building and ensure visitors procedure followed.
  5. Complete void register.
  6. Participate in completing duty of care register and respond to any concerns relating to this.
  7. Maintain security of clients and the project by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements.
  8. With basic health and safety knowledge through training, complete visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements are maintained, including fire procedures.
  9. Report any out of hours emergency repairs.
  10. Ensure office environment is maintained to health and safety standard.
  11. Assist with access and monitoring of contractors.
  12. Complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff.
  13. Complete incident reports if required.
  14. Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor.
  15. Undertake relevant training as required.
  16. Observe boundaries and confidentiality policies.

Requirements
  • A valid SIA DS licence.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal.
  • Good level of judgement and professionalism.
  • IT skills.
  • Physically and medically fit.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills.
  • 2–5 years' experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to deal with emergency services.
  • Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS.
Salary

The salary for this role is £11.44 per hour, providing a competitive remuneration package for the successful candidate.
