We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at Ryan Plumbing and Heating Nottingham Limited.

About the role:

  • The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for carrying out Planned Maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
  • Strong paperwork skills and a strong ability for customer service are required.
  • The ideal candidate will have worked for a similar building services company and possess comprehensive technical skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of most drainage systems and good all-round knowledge of waste pumps, pipework installation, and repairs are essential.
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable working within a team environment and able to contribute to group success.
Key Requirements:
  • C&G:6035 Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing studies.
  • BPEC Water Supply (Water fittings) Regs:1999.
  • MEWP. - IPAF 3a/3b
  • Fabric maintenance qualifications
  • IPAF 1b (Spider)
  • Legionella / L8 Qualification
  • Driving License
