**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team in the Cyber & Intelligence organisation.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver strong security solutions to support the nation's security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality services to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in a security-related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
