We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven KS2 teacher to lead our Year 4 class at Empowering Learning, based in Middlesbrough. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a rapidly improving school that prioritizes pupil welfare and development.

About the Role:

This position involves teaching Year 4 students and contributing to the school's mission to deliver high-quality education. The ideal candidate will possess excellent classroom practices, a love of teaching, and the ability to engage and inspire pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and plan lessons for Year 4 students, following the UK Primary Curriculum
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and support services
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment
