Learning Support Professional

A Primary Teacher is required to join an educational establishment in Surrey providing care and support services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students aged 2-6 with Autism-related communication and social interaction difficulties.
Main Duties:
- To set, monitor, and review personalized targets to optimize learning for all students.
- To assess, review, and report on student progress to parents, team members, senior staff, examination bodies, and funding authorities.
- To contribute to the delivery and development of the curriculum, considering the educational, physical, and social needs of students within a learning environment.
Requirements:
- PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training.
- Desirable experience of teaching secondary-age students in a primary manner.
- Ability to teach across a range of subjects.
- Understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
