The Role



We are seeking an experienced Lead Change Manager to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading change management activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess changes, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and risk
  • Communicate change plans and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement
  • Monitor and report on change metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards


Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record in change management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with configuration and change management tools and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills
