About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Footasylum. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control store stock levels, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively and that stockroom areas are maintained
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing visual merchandising displays and maintaining store standards
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
