About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our admin team as a Team Secretary at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a key member of our integrated team, you will provide comprehensive administration support to clinicians and managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the standardization of admin support across the Trust, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of admin services.
  2. Provide administrative assistance to clinicians and managers, including minute-taking, data input, and record-keeping.
  3. Work collaboratively with the admin team to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  5. Ensure confidentiality and maintain the trust's values and standards.
Requirements
  • Good general education, including GCSE English and Maths A-C.
  • QCF Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • QCF Customer Service Level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating sympathy and compassion.
  • Advanced keyboard/IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own and others' workload, use initiative, and work effectively in a team.
