Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Fundraising Director to drive forward a comprehensive fundraising strategy, build relationships with our supporters, and inspire our fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to drive income growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community groups
  • Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve ambitious income targets
  • Provide clear strategic direction and guidance to the fundraising team
  • Take an active role in some areas of fundraising, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and events

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in fundraising, with a strong understanding of charity fundraising principles and practices

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising plans
