Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client in Weybridge, Surrey as a French Account Executive. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring orders are processed accurately.

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5pm
  • Location: Weybridge, Surrey - hybrid working

As the French Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing sales orders and quotations
  • Developing relationships with customers and assisting with any inquiries
  • Responding to all inbound calls & emails quickly and efficiently
  • De-escalating calls and emails effectively and knowing when to escalate to senior team members for resolution support
  • Working in a flexible manner to assist and support other areas of the Customer Service department and customers as necessary

The successful French Account Executive will have the following skills and experience:

  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written is essential
  • Experience working in a busy and demanding environment
  • Commercially aware
  • Ability to multitask with confident organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience of Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
