About the Role

We are seeking a skilled FLT driver to join our team at Swift Temps. As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for operating a FLT in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating a FLT with a high level of safety and efficiency
  • Loading and unloading stock from trailers and shelves
  • Rotating stock to ensure optimal storage and access
  • Participating in general warehouse work as required
Requirements
  • A valid counterbalance license that is up to date
  • Previous experience driving an FLT in a similar environment
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • A positive attitude towards work and teamwork
  • An ability to follow instructions and work independently
Working Hours and Pay
  • Working hours: 08:00 - 17:30
  • Pay rate: £12.75 per hour
