Job Title: Attendance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Attendance Manager to join our team at The Mercian Trust. As an Attendance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth running of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the school with attendance and general administrative duties
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Admin Office
  • Engage with students and staff to promote a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience of administration, ideally in a school setting
  • Minimum qualification of Grade C/4 in English and Maths at GCSE level
  • Good knowledge of school-based systems such as SIMS
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
