Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at New Appointments Group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on employment law and HR policies to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all employee relations, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries
  • Provide up-to-date advice to employees on employment law and HR policies
  • Handle the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage and update in-house systems with sickness absence, holiday, contracts, offer terms of employment, employee changes, and probations
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Maintain effective working relationships with staff, managers, and external partners
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 highly desirable or Level 3
  • Experience in a HR work environment with excellent knowledge of employment law, disciplinaries, and HR policies
  • Confidentiality of company information to be adhered to at all times
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good ethical judgment
Benefits
  • Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 p/a (dependent on experience)
