As a key member of the school's staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of young learners with special needs.

About the Role:

  • As a Supportive Learning Environment Specialist, your primary focus will be on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social interaction among students.
  • You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and other support professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans for each student.
  • Your expertise will help bridge the gap between students' learning abilities and the demands of the curriculum.

  • A competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
