In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services.

You will be responsible for nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be a great communicator, have a keen eye for detail, and be IT proficient.

We offer flexible hours, shift patterns, and opportunities for overtime, as well as 25 days holiday (pro-rata) and the option to sell additional days.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus on top of their base salary for hitting targets.
